The Gentle Path to Wholeness🌱

Why Do I Feel This Way… Or Is It a Lie?

Continued.....

happened. Pain, fear, rejection, control—each experience like another board nailed over a window. Over time, the light stopped coming in. But the house was never empty. What was left in the dark remained there, shaping your thoughts, your reactions, and your identity from the inside out. These are called wounds.

The darkness in that boarded-up house is where the soul lives when it has been hurt and unhealed. It begins to operate from that place, forming patterns, beliefs, and reactions that feel normal but were never rooted in truth. In that darkness, the voice of fear grows louder, and the presence of God feels distant—not because He has left, but because He has been pushed out. The Holy Spirit, who was meant to dwell within, is kept out by the very boards that were placed there for protection. The light is not gone—it is blocked.

Healing begins the moment the Holy Spirit is invited to walk into that house with you. Not around it, not outside of it, but into it. Together, you begin to look at what has been hidden—not with shame, not with fear, but with truth. He begins to reveal the lies that have been spoken over this beautiful, darkened temple of God—the thoughts you agreed with, the beliefs that took root, the places where pain became identity. When you slow down and allow yourself to see clearly, you begin to recognize that some of what you’ve been living from was never truth—it was something planted, and now it has grown rotted roots of its own.

Then comes authority.

This is where everything shifts.

In John 15, you are reminded that you are connected to the source. You are not separate. You restore the house because you own it.

Through Jesus Christ, authority has already been given to you. You are no longer standing outside what feels broken—you are stepping into it with power. You begin to remove the boards, the lies, one by one, like using a crowbar to remove the boards from the windows to let the light inside. Not by your own strength, but through Jesus Christ gift of Grace. You stop agreeing with what was planted, and you replace it with what God says. Where there was darkness, you let in light.

And as this happens, transformation begins.

It doesn’t happen all at once. It is like a scab forming over a wound—evidence that healing is taking place beneath the surface. What was once raw begins to close. What once hurt begins to restore. And in time, what was wounded begins to bring forth beauty. Not because it never happened—but because it no longer defines you. The house is no longer the same. It is restored. Filled with light.

And this is where it leads: freedom.

Not temporary relief. Not a moment of peace. But a steady, grounded knowing of who you are. You think differently. You respond differently. You live differently. Because the darkness no longer has control, and the light is no longer kept out.

This website is designed to help you find the fullness of God.
And that fullness is not something you stumble into.
It is a process.

🌱  You must identify what has been hidden (Take back your Identity in Christ)..
🌱 You must stand in the authority given to you.
🌱 You must allow transformation to take place.
🌱  You must walk in freedom.

There is no shortcut.
But there is a path.
And  Jesus is it.

This ministry begins with a picture you can’t ignore: a boarded-up house

Summary: The SEED: Uprooting the Squatters

🌱 The SEED: Uprooting the Squatters, and planting fresh soil:

S — The Soil (The Situation)
You are living from your wounds. What has taken root in the dark has begun to shape how you see everything. You react to people, situations, and even yourself based on the boards over your windows—not the truth of what’s actually in front of you. The house is still yours, but what’s been planted inside is influencing how you live.

✨ God’s Promise::
“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” — Ezekiel 36:26

E — The Exposure (The Root)
The Holy Spirit wants to walk into that house with you. Not to shame you. Not to overwhelm you. But to gently reveal what’s been hidden. He begins to point at the boards and say, “This is a lie. You don’t need this for protection anymore.”What once felt necessary is now being exposed for what it is—something that was planted, but never meant to stay.

✨ God’s Promise:
“But when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth.” — John 16:13

E — The Evidence (The Fruit)
You can feel it. The weight. The heaviness. The air feels stale. There’s a distance you can’t quite explain. It’s not because God has moved—it’s because the light has been blocked. What you’ve been using for protection has been keeping truth out. And over time, what’s inside begins to reflect that—your thoughts, your reactions, your sense of peace.

✨ God’s Promise:
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

D — The Design (The Goal)
God’s plan is not partial healing—it is full restoration. He wants every window open. Every room filled with light. He wants the rotted roots of your past pulled up so something new can be planted in its place—peace, truth, and identity. As it is written in Isaiah 61:3, He gives beauty for ashes. This is not about managing what’s broken—it’s about becoming whole.

✨ God’s Promise:
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” — John 8:32

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."  -- Romans 12:2
