Spirit-Led Healing™

Our SPIRIT Process™  is a daily routine that offers a gentle path toward emotional wholeness and restored identity in Jesus. It provides a loving space to welcome the Holy Spirit into your deeper heart, letting His light bring comfort and supernatural healing to every wound.

As you walk through these six prayerful steps, you will learn to release old hurts and build your life on God’s grace. This isn't just a method; it is a sacred walk toward the beauty, peace, and freedom that Christ has prepared for you every day.

S

Scripture

Ground your heart in a scripture.  Let God’s living words shine light on your life, bringing clarity and hope to the quiet places that need His specialized healing touch.. Welcome the Holy Spirit. Ask the Holy Spirit  how long should you meditate (repeat) on scripture?

John 14:26 (ESV)
“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.”

P

Prayer

Talk openly with God like a friend. In prayer we open the doorway for the Holy Spirit to intercede on your behalf.  As you share your heart, the Holy Spirit begins to move, uncovering deep roots and offering a heavenly perspective to soothe your inner pain.

Psalm 62:8 (NLT)
“O my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge.”

1 Peter 5:7 (ESV)
“Casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.”

I

Identify the Lie

Gently ask the Holy Spirit to help you see any false thoughts or beliefs that have held you back from experiencing the full joy and freedom found in Christ.

Romans 8:1–2 (NKJV)
“There is therefore now no condemnation  (shame, guilt, punishment etc.) to those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”

R

Let go of painful lies and embrace the beautiful reality of Jesus. Speak His promises over yourself until they become the firm, steady foundation of your soul.

John 8:32 (ESV):

"And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

Romans 8:1
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus…”

2 Corinthians 5:17 (ESV)
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

Replace with Truth

I

Internalize (Stillness)

With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, rest quietly in God’s presence. Allow His truth to sink deep into your heart—moving from a simple thought to a core part of who you truly are in His love.

Take slow, deep breaths. Let your mind settle. Receive His forgiveness, not as an idea, but as truth.

Remember how forgiving God is:

You are not trying to earn forgiveness—you are receiving what has already been given through grace.

Hebrews 4:16 (NLT)
“So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.”

T

Thanksgiving & Declaration

Give thanks for what God is doing within you.Declare His truth and speak life over your future.

Philippians 1:6 (ESV)
“And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.”

Psalms 107:2 (ESV)
“Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he has redeemed from trouble”

Proverbs 18:21 (ESV)
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.”

Begin Your Journey with God 🙏

You don’t have to have it all figured out—just take the first step.

If you’re new to this, you can begin here:

“Father God, thank You for loving me.
I believe You sent Jesus for me.
Jesus, come into my heart and make me new.
Holy Spirit, guide me and help me walk in truth.
I give You my life.
Amen.”
